About Project Cypher
Project Cypher is a secure anonymous chat platform built for people who want real conversation without putting their everyday identity on display.
What it is
Cypher combines topic-based public chambers, private direct messages, interest-based matching, and optional voice or video calls in one place. You pick a nickname, set interests if you want, and jump in — no real name required to start.
Why people use it
- Talk in topic chambers or create your own community spaces
- Message privately with people you actually want to talk to
- Match with users who share your interests
- Move to voice or video when a conversation is ready
- Stay anonymous by default while still being able to report and block
Minimum age
You must be at least 18 years old to use Project Cypher. Confirm your age before you use the service. Read our safety overview and the in-app Terms of Service for the full rules.
